We offer three privately guided golf
tours with our in-house PGA Pro to Dubai each year during January, April and September.
Dubai, where ancient and modern meet, surprises and delights at every turn. This picturesque
location nestles between the majestic desert and the warm blue waters of the southern Gulf.
Merely a century ago Dubai was a tranquil town whose coral-and-gypsum huts housed Bedouin
traders and pearl divers. Today, it is one of the world's most fascinating, sophisticated and sought
after destinations in its own right.
The flawless blue sea and azure sky is separated by equally perfect sand beaches, close to which
stand some of the most beautifully appointed hotels in the world.
Carefully manicured golf courses and immaculate parks contrast with the natural splendour of
timeless desertscapes and the distant Hajar Mountains.
Stunningly beautiful contemporary architecture soar over the bustling souks: traders, ancient and
modern, ply their business side by side, perpetuating Dubai's reputation in the region as the City of
Merchants.

Day 1
Arrive at Dubai Airport. You'll be welcomed by your private tour manager (PGA pro) and
transferred to the Traders Hotel, located in the Deira, Dubai's traditional
commercial and shopping district.
Traders Hotel is a sleek, contemporary hotel combining deluxe comfort with welcoming
service that expresses the spirit of contemporary Arabia.
With its warm and efficient service and great location, the Traders Hotel is the ideal
location from which to explore Dubai.
Check in and spend remainder of the day at exploring the Deira district at your own
pace.
Day 2
Enjoy breakfast before private transfer to the lush green fairways of the Arabian Ranches Golf Club.
The Arabian Ranches Golf Club, formerly known as the Desert Course, was built as a true
18 hole, par 72, desert style grass course.
Miss the immaculate grass of the fairways and greens and you enter the "sandy
waste", with its indigenous shrubs and bushes.
After the round your PGA pro will give individual instruction and swing analysis.
Spend the afternoon exploring Dubai's shopping district at your own pace.
Dubai justly deserves its title as the 'Shopping Capital of the Middle East'. Great
shopping is practically everywhere, with modern, spacious shopping malls offering virtually every
kind of store imaginable.
Day 3
Tee off at the Montgomerie Golf Course after breakfast.
The course, designed by Colin Montgomerie, covers 265 acres which consist of 123 acres
of turf, 49 acres of man-made lakes, 93 acres of landscaped gardens and is scattered with 81 large
bunkers, providing the player with undulating links land style fairways and generous landing areas
which challenge and intrigue all levels of player.
After your round the pro will dedicate time to individual lessons. Return to the hotel and
top up your tan beside the pool with a long cold drink.
Day 4
A visit to Dubai is not complete without a browse through the gold, spice, and textile
souks. 'Souk' is the Arabic word for a market where goods are bought or exchanged. The Dubai
Souks are a striking contrast to the modern shopping malls found throughout the city, with swarms
of people busy bargaining with shopkeepers in the age-old tradition of negotiation.
After enjoying lunch at one of the numerous restaurants situated in the Deira, depart on a
journey across the desert of Dubai.
A great way to experience the beauty and magic of the Arabian Peninsula, desert safaris
take you out of the busy contemporary city and into the towering golden sand dunes of the desert.
Professional drivers take you on a fun and engaging ride through an unforgettable landscape,
creating an experience that is both thrilling, and, at the right moments, even mystical. Enjoy
sundowners as the clear Arabian night falls over the desert sand.
Day 5
Return to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club for an enchanting golf experience.
Group golf lesson concentrating on the short game prior to teeing off as well as individual
lessons after your round by the PGA Professional will ensure that you stay on top of your game.
We recommend a visit to the world famous Emirates Mall after your round.
Mall of the Emirates is home to over 450 retailers and also features a complete range
of entertainment options including Ski Dubai, the first indoor ski destination in the Middle East, a
two-level Magic Planet, the largest indoor family entertainment centre in the country, a 14-screen
Cinestar Cinemas and the Dubai Community Arts and Theatre with a 500 seat-theatre and art
gallery. It also has over 70
restaurants and coffee shops with everything from fast food to themed restaurants and exclusive dining alternatives.
Enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants located within the mall.
Day 6
Enjoy a full day privately guided tour of the City of Merchants.
A fascinating historical excursion, the route takes you to the magnificent Jumeirah
mosque; past modern palaces sprawled along the coast. In Bastakia, stop for a while to admire the
old wind-tower houses built by wealthy merchants. Close by stands the 150-year old Al Fahidi Fort.
Located nearby, the Dubai Museum records the city's past as an important pearl diving and trading
centre. Continue your journey by Abra - local water taxi. Cross the creek to see the modern
metropolis with its splendid architecture dwarfing the bustling alleys of our next destination, the
gold and spice souks.
Day 7
After a filling breakfast you'll be transferred to the Emirates Golf Club for a round at the
Majlis Course.
The flagship course at Emirates Golf Club, the Majlis championship course is a
challenging par 72 layout. Sculptured around the original tall desert dunes in 1987, the Majlis was
the first grass course in the Middle East and takes its name from the Arabic word for 'meeting place'
.
One of the most prominent features on the course is the Majlis positioned between the
8th and 9th holes, while one of the most challenging holes on the course is the par 4, dogleg 8th.
Day 8
Enjoy breakfast before checking out and doing some last minute gift shopping. Return
transfer to the airport and catch your flight back home.
