forms an integral part of Adelaide's spectacular new Riverbank promenade. It is adjacent to the
Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide casino and the Festival Centre.
After checking in, you can explore the sights. Try your luck at the Adelaide Casino, stroll
up and down King William St, or maybe visit the beautiful Botanic Gardens right near the centre of
town.
Day 2
Tee off at the Royal Adelade Golf Club.
A combination of testing short holes with ball catching bunkering along with longer
holes, ensures that all shots must be carefully thought out to register a good score for the 18 holes.
The open spaces have been gently contoured and bunkered to provide an intellectual
and physical challenge to all players.
After you have returned from golf meet up with your viticulture guide for a privately
guided wine tasting tour of the Barossa Valley Winery.
Amidst rolling hillsides, ancient vineyards, quaint country gardens and cellar door
secrets, are 60 boutique wineries to explore. Taste world renowned brands like Barossa Valley
Estate Black Pepper Shiraz, Yalumba or Jacob's Creek.
Day 3
After enjoying a filling breakfast, spend the morning at Glenelg, Adelaide's most popular beachside suburb.
Grab a bite at one of the many atmospheric cafes overlooking the beach or enjoy
browsing through the many seaside shops.
After lunch, play a round at the Kooyonga Golf Club. Pull buggy included.
The layout is testing but fair. An abundance of natural timber defines the narrow,
undulating fairways culminating in well protected greens whose pace and subtle slopes require skill
and demand respect. Kooyonga enjoys a current Australian ranking of 14 and this truly is testament
to the quality of the golf course.
Day 4
Check out and return your vehicle to the airport. Catch an early morning flight to
Melbourne. Upon arrival, collect your vehicle and drive to the Royal Melbourne Golf Club for a
round of golf.
Check in at the Langham Hotel Melbourne, situated on the south bank of the Yarra River, after golf.
Langham Hotel affords five star service and quality in a great location. With 387
beautifully appointed rooms and suites, Langham Hotel offers every facility the discerning traveller
could want, also including all day dining with Melba Brasserie, Tisane Lounge and a state of the art

Day 5
Meet up with your viticulture guide for a full day privately guided wine tasting tour of the
Yarra Valley Wine Region.
Yering Station, Yering Farm and Rochford's provide a cellar door tasting on a range of
their wines. A private walk-through tour of Domaine Chandon's winery shows you the magic of
creating a great glass of bubbly and Rochford Wines offer a cellar door tasting before lunch which
helps you to decide what will go nicely with your food.
Domaine Chandon supplies a glass of premium sparkling or still wine with light tasting
platters after a guided tour of the winery.
Day 6
Tee off at Kingston Heath Golf Club after breakfast.
Built on only 125 hectares, it's a perfectly manicured course. The bunkering and clever
use of dips and hollows visually fools the non observant golfer. It is a course with multiple layers of
complexity and its wonder is that the more one plays it, the greater your appreciation for its
sophistication becomes.
Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the vibrant waterfront atmosphere from Federation
Square to Southbank Boulevard and then on to the world famous Crown Casino where you can
enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants.
Day 7
Check out and return your vehicle at the airport. Catch your flight to Launceston. Collect
your vehicle at the airport and road drive to the The Sebel Hotel Launcheston, positioned in the heart of
Tasmania's second largest city.
The hotel offers charming, boutique style accommodation and guests can take
advantage of fully self contained suites, restaurant and wine bar, guest lounge with open fire and a
private courtyard framed by Oak trees.
The rest of day is free to do sightseeing around Launceston. We recommend visiting the
James Boag Brewery. Discover the traditions that have been handed down from generation to
generation of brewing some of the finest quality beers with premium ingredients.
Day 8
Tee off at Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links after breakfast for your first round at this magnificent course.
The breathtaking landscape upon which the course has been created, mirrors the wild
coastal links courses of Scotland and Ireland.
The outward nine at Barnbougle plays through a series of saddles that both shelter and
direct play lines.
The back nine is more open but arguably more striking with multiple panoramas of the
course, adjoining bay and the town of Bridport.
Enjoy a nice lunch at the Clubhouse before another testing round at Barnbougle.
Day 9
Meet up with your viticulture guide for a full day privately guided wine tasting tour of the
Tamar Valley.
Visit seven of Australia's best cool climate vineyards including world renowned Pipers
Brook and Jansz Wines. Discover an array of award winning cool climate wines ranging from
Sparkling wines through to Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

to state of the art wineries and cellar doors. Each vineyard and cellar door has its own special
charm and character to experience and explore.
