Day 1
Arrive Adelaide Airport. Welcomed by local tour representative who will assist you
with collecting your vehicle at the airport and road assist to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Adelaide,
located on the picturesque River Torrens.
The Hyatt Regency Hotel Adelaide is situated in one of the city's finest locations and
forms an integral part of Adelaide's spectacular new Riverbank promenade. It is adjacent to the
Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide casino and the Festival Centre.
After checking in, you can explore the sights. Try your luck at the Adelaide Casino, stroll
up and down King William St, or maybe visit the beautiful Botanic Gardens right near the centre of
town.
Day 2
Tee off at the Royal Adelade Golf Club.
A combination of testing short holes with ball catching bunkering along with longer
holes, ensures that all shots must be carefully thought out to register a good score for the 18
holes.
The open spaces have been gently contoured and bunkered to provide an intellectual
and physical challenge to all players.
After you have returned from golf meet up with your viticulture guide for a privately
guided wine tasting tour of the Barossa Valley Winery.
Amidst rolling hillsides, ancient vineyards, quaint country gardens and cellar door
secrets, are 60 boutique wineries to explore.
Taste world renowned brands like Barossa Valley Estate Black Pepper Shiraz, Yalumba

Day 3
After enjoying a filling breakfast, spend the morning at Glenelg, Adelaide's most popular
beachside suburb.
Grab a bite at one of the many atmospheric cafes overlooking the beach or enjoy
browsing through the many seaside shops.
After lunch, play a round at the Kooyonga Golf Club. Pull buggy included.
The layout is testing but fair. An abundance of natural timber defines the narrow,
undulating fairways culminating in well protected greens whose pace and subtle slopes require skill
and demand respect. Kooyonga enjoys a current Australian ranking of 14 and this truly is testament
to the quality of the golf course.
Day 4
Check out and return your vehicle to the airport. Catch an early morning flight to
Melbourne. Upon arrival, collect your vehicle and drive to the Royal Melbourne Golf Club for a
round of golf.
Check in at the Langham Hotel Melbourne, situated on the south bank of the Yarra
River, after golf.

Day 5
Meet up with your viticulture guide for a full day privately guided wine tasting tour of the
Yarra Valley Wine Region.
Yering Station, Yering Farm and Rochford's provide a cellar door tasting on a range of
their wines. A private walk-through tour of Domaine Chandon's winery shows you the magic of
creating a great glass of bubbly and Rochford Wines offer a cellar door tasting before lunch which
helps you to decide what will go nicely with your food.
Domaine Chandon supplies a glass of premium sparkling or still wine with light tasting
platters after a guided tour of the winery.
Day 6
Tee off at Kingston Heath Golf Club after breakfast.
Built on only 125 hectares, it's a perfectly manicured course. The bunkering and clever
use of dips and hollows visually fools the non observant golfer. It is a course with multiple layers of
complexity and its wonder is that the more one plays it, the greater your appreciation for its

Day 7
Check out and return vehicle to the airport before catching your early morning flight to
Sydney. Collect your vehicle at the airport and drive to the Quay West Suites Sydney

Day 8
Spend day at leisure and enjoy a Sydney Harbour Cruise or catching the ferry to Manly

The 240 kilometres of shoreline encompass approximately 54 square kilometres of
water, which translates to an enormous area for exploration and discovery. Although there are

gardens that balance the harbour environmentally.

Later visit The Rocks, one of the most-visited parts of Sydney.

Sydney Cove, The Rocks is the foundation place of Sydney and Australia, and of enormous
historical significance.

Day 10
Enjoy breakfast before checking out, play a round at the New South Wales Golf Club. This
is a links style championship course, spectacularly located on the Pacific Ocean and on historic
Botany Bay. Even when there is a gentle breeze prevailing, the course will test the above average
player with its tight fairways and testing greens. When the wind blows it really gets tough!
After your round, return your vehicle to the airport. Catch your flight back home.
